Organizational Structure

JOB DESCRIPTION
ur client is a leading global media business in the Superyacht industry . They organise numerous annual Superyacht events in locations including London, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale.
Key Job Objectives:   
To manage our client’s existing events:

  • Actively engage with owners, captains and other key influencers to increase the yacht participation at our client’s worldwide events
  • To assist where required in the organization of Boat Shows that our client attends
  • To assist where required in the organization of any new events our client may stage in the future

The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked within the SY industry with contacts ideally including owners and captains
  • Have event management experience (ideally in the yachting industry)
  • Ideally be a linguist with Italian a distinct advantage
  • Be commercially minded and comfortable with working to targets to deliver required number of participants/delegates
  • Exceptional social skills and comfortable amongst Superyacht owners and their guests
  • Exceptional front of house qualities
  • Have focus and energy, show initiative, common sense, have an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
