Organizational intellectual property reporting
Intellectual Property, as the word suggests that it’s all about ideas which are developed in the heads of employees, and later it’s collectively developed into something concrete. One of the problems that solution providers have is that much of their intellectual property is inside the heads of their employees. Therefore, the intellect which is in the employee’s grey cells often disappears when they leave the organization.
How does an organization tackle this problem? Enter IBM PureSystems…..which allows Business partners, of whom many are solution partners to take advantage of the ability to customize application workload patterns on those systems to capture intellectual property. This unique ability of the PureSystems provides for a strong use case in this scenario. Along with the built in capability to recognize patterns of workloads, PureSystems comes with tools that solution providers can use to create custom patterns that the IBM PureSystems can then optimally run. Business Partners who use PureSystems to capture and retain Intellectual property has been one of the most interesting use cases for the PureSystems.
