Template For Training

Human Resources departments of many organizations in Spain have been adjusted in recent years. Right now, they are optimizing their staffs, and therefore, HR teams must also adjust the economic effort to train staff, and improve their knowledge and skills.

Therefore, a good evaluation of training and an excellent reporting mechanism enable the HR department to demonstrate, confirm and justify the educational plans approved by management team, and reliable data for decision making.

INLEA, an international outsourcing HR management expert company and specialist developing full educational programs, has considered necessary to reflect on improving assessment and organizes the First Conference on Training Evaluation in Organizations, where will come first-rate speakers from academic and business sectors

The free event will be held on next Wednesday November 21st, 2012 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and has limited access by order of registration.

That's not what Gibson has been saying on his

Press junkets. Whether it's a back peddle to get people to see it or to pander is up to anyone's discretion. I'm just reporting what I have read.

"He now says that "Apocalypto's" themes of a civilization squandering precious resources, including men in war, make him think of the Bush administration and Iraq.
hen asked whether the film was a warning, Gibson said: "In a sense....nd anymore. What were they doing? Why?"
"There were wars," he said. "There were famines. There was destruction of the environment. There was conspicuous consumption. … No regard for human life at some points."
In the film, there are answers and hope that take the form of starting over: living with respect for Earth, peacefully and without fear."
From the Diane Sawyer interview.

A sobering assessment of whether reason

Can ever dominate deeper human traits, including tribalism and what might be called “now-ism,” as societies weigh choices in the next few decades:
'The very concept of sustainability is predicated on reason…that humans can see the collective harms their behaviors are doing, and, as rational actors, correct those behaviors. But there is overwhelming evidence from all sorts... behaving more rationally, when the evidence says that’s not how we behave.
Kind of a bummer. But I think this fundamental truth has to be considered in the whole discussion about the damage we’re doing to our future and the hopes for finding some better way. This isn’t an argument, just an observation which I offer for consideration in your future thinking and reporting.

Because there is no federal law mandating states and municipalities to report hate crimes, they are often under-reported. However, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s own statistics, based on voluntary reporting, show that since 1991 over 100,000 hate crime offenses have been reported to the FBI, with 7,624 reported in 2007, the FBI’s most recent reporting period.
