Garuda Indonesia adopted a Human Capital Management approach which perceives employees as assets with high levels of competitiveness. Employees can be viewed as human capital, implying that Garuda Indonesia’s employees have knowledge, skills and potential work habits that can support the Company’s productivity. In order to become valuable capital with a strong contribution to the organization, every employee has to have a healthy work spirit and hence will be competent enough for the organization.

New marketing company- conventions?

I have a new marketing company that i'm starting. It will essentially be a unique way for community businesses to market their products door to door.
My main question is the finding of clients. I have a few thoughts on how to gain new clients, however, I was curious to learn more about conventions. For example, I went to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas recently and saw all the new gadgets that people/businesses were looking to sell to other businesses. I'm looking for the same type of convention, to essentially showcase my new means of marketing for businesses in the community that want better ways to market their product or service then direct mail or passing out fliers.
Any suggestions or website links would be greatly appreciated.
