Synopsis:-

The article is about measurement of proportionally of organization which considers Human resource activities as core component of success. A research has been conducted to know the Chief executive officer point of view on a small and medium enterprise of electronic company in U.K.  The methodology used in the research is five-point Likert type scale and variable scale, while sending questionnaire to the CEO’s.500 enterprises were selected where it was define as an enterprise having less than 250 employees and £50 million turnover in their last financial year.

The data was collected and statistical technique was applied to know the result.it reveals an interesting result by giving a directly proportional result i.e. the companies which invest their effort in strategic planning and link them to their objectives reveals high productivity and viceversa.it further describe the CEOs point of view and they agreed that innovation in HR activities yield high and positive results and it is shown by the data. More specifically, a strong and positive relationship was discovered between a firm’s performance and its HR capabilities.in short it is suggested to the practitioner and manager to consider HR innovation and practises as investment not as a cost.
