Our client is a major bank and is currently seeking an experienced HR Shared Services professional to lead its team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage a small team and oversee the day-to-day HR Shared Services from onboarding, offboarding to data and HR systems reporting. You will ensure compliance, quality, efficiency and accuracy of information. You will manage and track reviews of HR policies/procedures and improve overall efficiency and quality.

Key requirements:

• At least 8 years’ relevant HR experience, with minimum 2 years in HR shared services
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly meticulous and positive
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
