Job Summary
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources with a matrix reporting line to the Regional President, this position is responsible for management and oversight of all HR functions for the region including core HR processes and programs, employee onboarding, employee relations and employee development. This role will partner with the Regional Staffing Manager on staffing activities as well as partner with the Corporate HR team in the areas of compensation and benefits, training and development and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Acts as point of contact for HR needs for employees and managers
  • Provides HR generalist support for the following core processes and programs within HR and Training for his/her region:
  • Employee Onboarding
  • Total Compensation
  • Open Enrollment
  • Performance Planning and Development
  • Corporate Training and Development programs
  • Talent Review
  • OFCCP Compliance
  • Employee Programs
  • Takes ownership for divisional training activities in partnership with divisional leadership and Corporate Training.
  • Takes ownership for accuracy of HR data. Analyzes data routinely and recommends ideas based on information.
