Long term intangible assets of firm are termed as fixed assets. These include equipment, furniture, land, and vehicles. These assets are not going to be converted into cash in the upcoming financial periods. These allow its owner to perform financial operations and are listed in the balance sheet by their book value i.e. purchase price less depreciation value.
