Objectives for Global HR

Qualifications

* Must possess a High School diploma and/ or GED
* Should have prior automotive experience, demonstrate parts knowledge and have diagnostic ability to include: internal engines, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust and all other related automobile systems.
* Must be well mannered, neat in appearance and posses the ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner.
* This position is designed to allow a person with extensive automotive back ground to demonstrate their leadership skills by operating the Commercial Delivery program.
* Must submit to pre-employment drug testing (November 1, 1994) in accordance with the appropriate state provisions.

Major Responsibilities

* Must complete all required training manuals/ materials.
* Must attend all scheduled/ required Company meetings.
* Must be familiar with all categories of merchandise, core policy, warranties, and Company services offered.
* Should effectively suggest related merchandise.
* Must consistently assist customers in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.
* Must meet or exceed all assigned sales goals or quotas.
* Responsible for the inventory management involved with the Commercial Delivery Program: insuring that
