JOB SUMMARY

The HRBP leads the HR function and drives positive employee/labor relations, HR operational excellence, and talent management at one site. The HRBP is an integral part of the site leadership team as well as the Division HR team and is responsible for providing leadership and coaching to management staff in support of key business objectives.? ? Major areas of responsibility include talent management and development, organization planning and development, regulatory compliance with state and federal laws, recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement, employee orientation and training, equitable policy administration, HR operational excellence including but not limited process improvement, organizational design and proactive strategic direction, labor relations (if applicable), communications, compensation and benefits.
