Human Resource policies and practices PPT
This position plays a key role in providing both strategic and tactical human resources support to develop and coordinate programs which directly support the achievement of manufacturing operational objectives. This position supports the HR Manager in managing the day-to-day Human Resource function including: employee relations, recruiting and selection, HR compliance, training and development, performance review, and succession planning.
• Responsible for remaining up-to-date on relevant federal employment laws and other human resources compliance issues.
• Acts as a resource to management and employees in resolving matters related to employee relations.
• Acts as a resource to management and employees on the interpretation and implementation of plant policies and practices as well as with relevant state, federal and local employment laws.
• Coach and advice managers on performance related issues, promotions and restructuring of departments or job responsibilities.
• Conducts analysis of job functions and design of job responsibilities.
• Overall equity and appropriateness within departments.
• Partner with managers and human resource staff to ensure effective management and development of employees.

Americans (the term used here to mean US citizens) are, by the masses, a dumb and ignorant lot, speaking in general, compared to other populations from around the world. Americans are also arrogant (ask any one who is not American). But this is partly the result of Americans not having any respectable news media.
